CAAD Futures 2023 is a hybrid conference. You can attend in-person in Delft or online. Presenters are encouraged to be in Delft.

 Conference fees

Each Paper must have at least one Regular (or Student if applicable to the presenting author) Presenter registration, in-presence or online. To ensure the publication of the paper and a presentation slot, the payment must be finalised before end of May 2023. In-presence participation is highly recommended to presenters.   

In-person 'Regular', 'Student' and 'Co-creation Team Member' registrations include the full Conference program, excluding dinner. Online Participant / Presenter registrations include the full online Conference program. Online Attendance does not include Co-creation sessions (6 July) and allows limited interaction.

A Student registration requires proof of student’s status; and is applicable only to undergraduate and master’s students, not to PhD students. Co-creation Team Member are persons registered in the CAAD Futures Co-creation Platform prior the opening of the Conference Registration (mid-April 2023)

Co-creation Sessions

On Thursday 6 July the program includes several Co-creation Sessions, with active participation. The Sessions tackle different Topics and are organized with the Co-Creation Teams. The Topics are listed below - please note changes may still occur. More information on the Co-creation Topics and Teams can be found on the webpage CAAD Futures > Calls. At the webpage CAAD Futures > Co-creation you find more information on the Co-creation process. If you attend CAAD Futures 2023 as participant/presenter (not audience) you may express a preference for a Co-creation Session you would like to attend. When tuning the organization of the Co-creation Sessions, the organizers will take the preferences into consideration as much as possible.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner takes place on Thursday 6 July evening. The conference dinner is not included in the registration fees. For the conference dinner, an additional fees applies. A guest is also welcome to the dinner, in which case a second additional fee applies.
